Greasepod is a compact maintenance case made to keep your essential 3D printer lubrication tools organized, protected, and ready to use.

Its clean, minimal form is designed to look at home beside any printer or on any desk while keeping routine maintenance simple and convenient.

What’s included

Greasepod comes with:

• 1 handle

• 4 swappable TPU applicator tips

Each tip is designed for a specific maintenance task:

• Y-axis tip

• Z-axis tip

• X-axis tip

• Nozzle wiper tip

The handle accepts all four TPU tips so you can quickly swap between applications without needing multiple tools.

Optional inserts

Two interchangeable inserts are included so you can set up the case the way you prefer.

Dual-tip insert

Designed for compact everyday use.

• Holds 2 TPU tips
• Includes 1 slot for printer lubricant grease

Full-set insert

Designed to store the complete tool kit.

• Holds all 4 TPU tips

Note: the old lubricant oil tube does not fit in the case due to how long it is. the new tube provided with the printers does along with the new grease tube and packet

Print recommendations

For best results:

• Case: print in PETG for durability and better wear resistance
• Tips: print in TPU for flexibility and smooth grease application

For best tip quality, dry TPU before printing. Following common guidance from Bambu lab, TPU 90A typically prints best after drying at around 70°C for about 8 hours. Dry filament helps improve layer adhesion, surface finish, and tip consistency.

Assembly

No screws, magnets, springs, or any other non-printed hardware are required.

Greasepod features a fully printed integrated locking mechanism that keeps the case securely closed while remaining easy to open.

Everything just slides together.

Why I made it

Most printer grease ends up loose in a drawer or sitting beside the machine.

Greasepod keeps everything in one place—organized, compact, and ready whenever maintenance is needed.
