Replacement corner connector for Schellenberg INSECTSYSTEM PREMIUM insect screen frames, models 70044(120×140 cm) and 70045 (120×240 cm).

This is a 3D-printable reproduction of the original corner piece that joins two aluminum profiles at a 90° angle. Dimensions match the original: 34 × 34 mm footprint, 10.5 mm height, designed for 30 mm wide aluminum profiles. Includes the locking tab for secure snap-fit into the profile grooves.

Use this as a replacement for broken or lost corner connectors, or to build custom-sized insect screen frames. 4 pieces are needed per frame.

Dies ist ein 3D-druckbarer Nachbau des Original-Eckstücks, das zwei Aluminiumprofile im 90°-Winkel verbindet. Die Maße entsprechen dem Original: 34 × 34 mm Grundfläche, 10,5 mm Höhe, passend für 30 mm breite Aluminiumprofile. Die Rastnase für den sicheren Sitz in der Profilnut ist enthalten.

Geeignet als Ersatz für defekte oder verlorene Eckverbinder oder zum Bau von Rahmen in Sondermaßen. Pro Rahmen werden 4 Stück benötigt.
