14 Delta Bandsaw insert

The insert I was running in my 14 Delta bandsaw finally got beat up enough that it wasn’t worth using anymore, so I went down the rabbit hole looking for something I could just 3D print. There are a bunch of inserts floating around online, but I couldn’t find one that had the airflow I was looking for.

Most of them left dust underneath the workpiece.
 

So, I broke out the calipers, took some measurements, and designed my own throat plate. It’s a snug fit and uses 0.200" round holes to help with airflow and dust collection.
 

Figured I’d share it here in case it helps someone else who ends up in the same boat.
