Design with TPU Inlay for bottom and top of case. (Rugged Case for Steam Controller with TPU Inlay) The no cable entry design is the default print profile for the TPU inlay version, so make sure you select the correct one if you would like the cable entry feature.

Print profiles compatible with the A1 mini have been added.

Print profiles with larger thumb-stick openings have been added to account for thumb grip caps similar to these. Thumb Grips

Handle for case now added here. Print profiles for both the default case size and A1 mini version are added.

This is a rugged case that I designed to hold the new Steam Controller (2026) as well as all the accessories the controller came with. This case provides a very snug fit with no movement of the controller when closed. This case has a cable pass thru to charge the Steam controller while it is in the case. There is also an optional TPU plug that can be printed and is held in with a dovetail feature. The case requires 6x M3x30mm screws for assembly.

It was pointed out that this case also doubles as a decent repair jig.
