I needed to design a new-style gutter scraper as our roof tiles (some parts of the house) go right into the guttering and it was difficult and time-consuming to easily scrape out all of the debris from the 112mm (half-round) guttering due to the over-hanging tiles hitting / obstructing whatever it was I was trying to use.

I would suggest printing this in PETG, but, for how often you use it and how little stress it will come under, PLA should be more than OK for this tool.
