Dual Canister Spout DIN 41
Practical pouring spout for dual canisters with separate chambers for fuel and chain oil – perfect for chainsaws, brush cutters, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and many other garden or forestry tools.
The spout fits canisters with a DIN 41 thread and makes refueling much cleaner, easier, and more controlled. No more struggling with heavy canisters or accidentally spilling fuel and chain oil everywhere. Whether in the workshop, in the forest, or out in the garden, this little upgrade makes a huge difference.
The compact and sturdy design improves handling while pouring and allows much more precise filling, especially on smaller tanks. Anyone who owns a chainsaw probably knows the classic situation:
“Just one tiny drop…” and suddenly the whole workshop smells like gasoline. 😄
That is exactly why this spout was designed.
The main body should be printed in PETG, as PETG offers very good resistance to gasoline while still being durable, temperature resistant, and ideal for everyday use. PLA is not recommended for this application.
Optional parts are included:
- TPU gasket/seal for improved fit and better sealing
- Protective cap in TPU or PETG
- TPU provides a more flexible fit
- PETG also works perfectly and is easier to print
The cap helps protect the spout from dirt, sawdust, and leaking droplets during transport or storage.

- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15–25%
- Supports: not required

Modifications:
The Original was not close, so on pooring it runs on the side. i made the base thicker, added tpu gaskets (should be also work without) , and made the screw cap more grippy
