A jigg for creating your own Czech Hedgehogs! A type of anti-tank obstacle that prevents tanks from driving over them unless they want to get stuck! 

The jigg can be seen clearly in picture #4 and that is all this file includes. 
To use the jigg I recommend printing in PLA or PETG, absolutely NOT in ABS or ASA. I'll explain below. 

This jigg is modeled to be used with ABS plasticard. You can either make L-profile beams using strips of plasticard that you glue together at an angle, or ready made L-profile plasticards. This models is designed around 4x4x40mm pieces. 

To use the model: cut the plasticards into 40mm long pieces and place them as seen in picture #2 and #3. A flat side should always touch another flat side, with each beam resting on another beam. 
Using a plastic cement/glue, drip the glue in the middle of where the three beams are touching. This will melt the ABS slightly and when the glue evaporates it will harden and the pieces will be stuck together.

PLA and PETG does NOT melt from this and so the model won't be glued to the jigg. (Some molten plastic might stick a bit to it, but it wont adhere like the beasm do to eachother and can easily be removed. If you use ABS or ASA you will just make a brick out of everything. 

This is designed around 28/32mm miniatures such as Wagh-hammer or Trench Crusade and the jigg is designed with 40mm pieces in mind since that gives the finished hedgehog a nice size compared to the minis. 
For larger hedgehogs, you should be able to scale the jigg accordingly.  Ergo: 150% scale should let you use 60mm long cuts to make the hedgehogs with.
