Hardware / Bill of Materials (BOM)

• 1x Raspberry Pi Zero W
• 1x 1.3" IIC OLED Display (blue PCB with 4-pin interface)
• 4x M2.5 screws (and optionally M2.5 nuts/standoffs depending on the model tolerances)
• 4x Short connecting wires (for soldering) or direct solder
• Optional: Kapton tape for cable management and insulation.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid)
• Supports: None required (designed to be printed flat)
• Orientation: Print both parts flat on the build plate for the best surface finish.

Assembly Instructions

1. Prepare the Display: Insert the OLED module into the lid and secure it. Gently bend the display's pins slightly to ensure they fit properly within the enclosure.
2. Wire and Solder: Solder the wires directly or connect them using short wires to the corresponding Raspberry Pi GPIO pins for a flat, compact fit. Secure the connection with Kapton tape if needed.
3. Mount the Raspberry Pi: Place the Raspberry Pi Zero W in the base of the case and secure it with the M2.5 screws.
4. Close the Case: Route the cables neatly and snap/screw the two halves of the case together.
