Inspiration & Concept
This project was born from the fusion of the serenity found in Japanese Zen Gardens and the precision of modernist architecture. The inspiration came from observing how light and shadow interact with repetitive, fluid patterns. The "Geometry Flow Tray Studio" is more than just a tray model; it is an aesthetic exploration laboratory where every curve and line has been mathematically calculated to create a sense of order and calm.
Our goal is to transform an everyday functional object into a piece of functional sculpture, allowing anyone, regardless of technical knowledge, to act as an interior designer by customizing their own piece.
Project Description
The Geometry Flow Tray Studio is the ultimate tool for creating minimalist, functional, and artistic decorative trays. This parametric generator has been completely overhauled in Version 10.0 to offer complex "ready-to-print" geometric designs, allowing you to create professional-grade pieces with just a few clicks.

Configuration Guide (Customizer):
- Shape (Formato): Select the geometric soul of your tray.
- Width / Length: Define the total footprint of the piece.
- Groove Profile: Choose "Rounded" for U-shaped grooves or "Square" for a sharper look.
- Add Border: Enables a raised side wall, turning the tray into a secure organizer.
- Full Fill (Preenchimento Total): Sets whether grooves cover the whole area or just half.
- Thickness (Espessura): The total height of the tray's solid base.
- Channel Width (Largura_Canal): The diameter of the groove cut.
- Groove Spacing: The width of the "ridge" between each cut.
- Depth: How deep the groove cuts into the base. Must be less than Thickness.
- Border Height: How high the wall rises ABOVE the base surface.
- Border Width: The thickness of the side wall.
- Central Spacing: Controls the size of the flat area in the center.
- Max Grooves: A safety limit for geometry processing.
Printing Recommendations (Slicer):
- Material: PLA or PETG.
- Supports: Disabled (Not required).
- Infill: 5% to 10% (Gyroid pattern recommended).
- Layer Height: 0.16mm (Optimal) and Adaptive Layer Height for smoother curves.
- Wall Generator: Arachne.
- Speed: Outer wall 100mm/s | Inner wall 150mm/s.
