This is designed to secure a Kings 15 litre Centre Console Fridge/Freezer between the front seats of a Volkswagen ID Buzz and provide some top storage. (There are other fridge brands which may also be suitable; Setpower AB15). The top storage unit is designed to allow the original buzzbox dividers to be used.

The design consists of 3 main components:

                  1. Base anchor assembly
                  2. Captains chairs arm recess
                  3. Top Console ID storage

The Base anchor assembly allows the fridge to be mounted to the ID Buzz using the OEM hook points on the floor of the Buzz without modification.

In order to make it simple to operate and make, the majority is 3D printed and some with basic materials obtainable from most hardware stores.
The assembly uses two steel rods that secure by slotting into the eyes of the ID Buzz floor mounts, which makes removing the fridge out of the vehicle reasonably quick and also does not leave a permanent baseplate when the fridge is removed, leaves the Buzz floor as original - you can quickly reinstall the Buzzbox if you want.

The Base anchor assembly can be installed without the need to include the Captains chairs arm recess or Top Console ID storage

The Captains chairs arm recesses are designed to allow the fridge lid to be opened, where the is a clash between the captains armrests and the lid. 
This is, typically due to seat height and forward/back positioning and mounting location of the fridge. 

This does require cutting and removing portions of the fridge top lid, does require plastic cutting tools and is intended to be used in conjunction with the Top Console ID storage

Top Console ID storage is a open storage area, that mimics the design of the top of the ID Buzzbox. It has also been designed so that the original dividers can be used.

This permanently attaches to the top of the fridge, with a few screws and covers the join of Captains chairs arm recess.
