This fully parametric Print‑in‑Place Hinge is designed for smooth rotation, support‑free printing, and easy customization. Every dimension—from hinge length to screw hole layout—is adjustable directly in the makerworld customizer, making it ideal for enclosures, boxes, doors, lids, props, workshop projects, and hardware replacements.
The hinge prints as a single assembled piece, using alternating knuckles and tapered pins that lock into place while still allowing free movement. Rounded corners, safe screw‑hole spacing, and adjustable clearances make this hinge both functional and aesthetically clean.

- clearance – print‑in‑place gap (0.3–0.5 recommended)
- corner_radius – rounded outer corners
- screw_columns / screw_rows – number of screw holes
- screw_hole_radius / screw_head_radius – thread + countersink sizes
- hole_margin – safe spacing from edges
All screw holes automatically avoid corners and edges using built‑in geometry logic.
Print Recommendations
- Material: PLA, PETG, ABS
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Clearance: 0.4 mm works for most printers
- Orientation: Prints flat as provided
