This is my very first large-scale project in 3D printing and Fusion 360. To be completely honest, I am still quite a beginner in CAD modeling, but I really wanted to solve my desk clutter problem, so I decided to design this modular system from scratch!

My end goal is to create a massive open-source set with at least 30+ desk organization accessories. The system is based on a central desk clamp featuring a universal dovetail joint, allowing you to quickly swap attachments based on your current needs.

Here is what is included in this Starter Pack:

• The Core: Desk Clamps & Screws  The heart of the system. I designed a sturdy Standard Clamp (single dovetail) and a Corner Clamp (dual dovetails) so you can utilize the edges of your desk! The screw has a textured head for a solid grip.
• 4x External SSD Mount  A practical holder designed to safely store up to 4 external SSDs. Smart Routing: I left a strategic gap at the bottom so you can route your Type-C/USB cables and keep the drives connected while docked!
• Desktop Organizer (USB / SD / MicroSD)  The ultimate tool for creators. It features multiple slots for USB flash drives, standard SD cards, and MicroSD cards. Stand-Alone Ready: Designed with a flat bottom, so you can slide it into the desk clamp or place it directly on your desk.
• Mini Headset Stand  A minimalist mount for your headphones. The curved surface (60mm width) is calculated to embrace the headband without leaving dents on the soft padding.

🔥 HUGE UPDATE: 6 New Modules & Wall Mounts Added!

As promised, the ecosystem is growing! Based on my own desk needs and your feedback, I have designed and tested a bunch of new add-ons to expand the system beyond just the desk clamp:

• The "Dual Splitter" Triangle Adapter: A simple but super practical triangular extension module that slides into the main clamp and gives you TWO dovetail slots instead of one! Perfect for mounting two accessories side-by-side.
• Horizontal & Vertical Wall Mounts: Don't want to use a desk clamp? I designed two sleek low-profile dovetail wall mounts (one horizontal, one vertical) so you can screw them to your wall or the side of your desk.
• Mug Holder: Keep your desk surface safe from spills. A sturdy attachment designed to hold your favorite coffee mug securely.
• Mini Skadis Pegboard: A compact desk-mounted version of the famous IKEA Skadis board. Great for hanging standard Skadis hooks, keys, or small reference tools right next to you.
• Designer Pen / Fineliner Holder: Precision slots designed specifically for drawing pens, fineliners (like Uni Pin), or styluses, keeping them perfectly upright and organized.

• Mini Bin / Storage Container: A clean, open box attachment. Use it as a mini trash can for small desk scraps (like filament supports) or to drop in loose items.

I highly encourage you to download, modify, and design your own custom accessories that slide into this dovetail joint! You are free to publish your own versions—all I ask is that you mention/link back to this original project as the source.

🛠️ STEP Files & The Fusion 360 Update Currently, I am providing all files in .STL, .3MF, and .STEP formats so you can easily edit them in any CAD software. Full disclosure: Because I am a beginner, my original Fusion 360 timeline is a bit of a messy playground right now! As I learn more, I plan to clean it up and upload the fully parametric .f3d source files so you can adjust them perfectly.
