Replacement Tape Wheel (Inner Wheel)

This is a replacement inner wheel designed for standard tape dispensers. If your original wheel is worn out, cracked, or missing, this print provides a simple fix without needing to replace the entire dispenser.

The model is designed to fit snugly inside a 26mm tape core.

Features:

• Direct replacement for inner tape wheel
• Clean, simple geometry for reliable printing
• Smooth rotation for consistent tape dispensing
• Print profile's angle is set up to reduce likely hood of snapping the small spindles (Unfortunately this requires some supports)

Print Settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 10-15% (grid or gyroid recommended)
• Material: PLA

Notes:

• Check dimensions against your original wheel before printing, as tape dispensers can vary slightly
• If the fit is tight, lightly sand or scale down by 5-7% as some tape wheels require a 24-25mm insert
