I made these lightweight storage bins because I had to store a truck load of small items. I needed fast prints that didn't waste a ton of filament. I've seen some small bins use half a roll of filament. Each of these use between 25 and 45 grams of filament. They aren't meant to be carried into a warzone, they are light and all print in about an hour. Originally I made them to fit on a mini and designed to fit in filament boxes because I use a DIY filament box drawer setup. Two will sit side by side tightly in a refill spool box, and loosely in a full spool box.
They come in full bin (1), double bin (2), triple bin (3), quadruple bin (4), quintuple bin(5) and sextuple bin (6) sizes.
I've stored over a pound of small pieces, parts and tools in them without them breaking but I am sure they have a limit. Luckily they are easy to replace if you do manage to destroy one.
Note: Printing fast on the single and double bins can make the sides warp as they don't get much of a chance to cool. This is not a problem for me, but You can slow down the printer if you don't like it.
