Print Recommendations

• Material: PETG is the recommended choice for this print. Its natural translucency allows for superior light diffusion compared to opaque filaments. Additionally, PETG's higher thermal stability makes it more suitable for long-term use with LED hardware.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good balance of detail and print time.
• Infill: 0% for maximum light through the center, or 5-10% (Lightning pattern) if you want internal structural shadows.
• Walls: 1-2 walls are recommended to keep the scales rigid while remaining translucent.
• Orientation: Prints upright; generally requires no supports due to the tapering angle of the scales.

Hardware Needed

Assembly Instructions
