This is a fully re-engineered replacement for the PlayStation 4 Slim top panel, specifically designed for those with standard 256x256mm build plates. While the original console part is 265mm wide, I have optimized this model to be printable and perfectly functional for the Bambu community.

What I’ve Improved:

• Correct Fitment: Re-scaled the height to 8mm to ensure a flush, low-profile fit on the console.
• Structural Optimization: Added a 5mm internal hollow with a reinforced 3mm top wall. This provides a perfect balance of strength, heat resistance, and material efficiency.
• 2-Plate Configuration: Pre-split into two parts and angled perfectly in the .3mf file to fit standard A1, P1S, and X1C beds.
• High-Quality Settings: Configured at 0.12mm layer height with Tree (Slim) supports to ensure the best possible surface finish for a 3D-printed shell.

Assembly:
Once printed, simply remove the tree supports and bond the two halves with a small amount of super glue (Cyanoacrylate). For a professional matte look that matches the original PS4, I recommend using Matte PLA.
