This part is a wall flange that helps your light switch or outlet sit perfectly flush with the wall. It covers gaps around the box and gives your space a clean, modern finish.

What’s Included

• Wall flange (print in PETG recommended)
• PLA support (required for printing the flange)
• Installation tool (used during wall finishing)

Printing Instructions

1. Print the PLA support first
The support is used when printing the wall flange and helps keep everything flat and accurate.

2. Do not touch the top surface of the support
Any oils or dirt can prevent the flange from sticking properly during printing, which can affect quality.

3. Print the wall flange (PETG recommended)
There is a built-in pause in the print so you can insert the PLA support before continuing.

4. Let the print bed fully cool before removing parts
This is very important to prevent warping and to keep the flange flat. It will also make removal easier and reduce the risk of breaking the part.

About the Support

• The cutouts in the support are designed to reduce warping during printing.
• The circular pockets are for optional magnets, which help hold the support flat on the bed.
• The support will slowly deform over time—you can typically reuse it about 4–5 times.
• To remove magnets, gently heat the support so it flexes, then pop them out.
• The support will still work without magnets, just with slightly less consistency.

Installation Instructions

1. Spray adhesive around the wall opening
2. Place the wall flange into position
3. Attach the installation tool to keep the opening clean
4. Apply plaster around the flange (don’t overfill—you’ll sand later)
5. Let it dry completely
6. Sand smooth and paint

Notes

• The installation tool prevents plaster from getting into the opening during finishing.
