Parts Needed

• 4× short pieces of filament (about 1 inch each)
• 4× bolts + nuts set
  • M4 × 15mm (looser fit, slides in easily to hole in bottom)
  • M5 × 15mm (tighter fit, threads into metal holes)

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Insert the Bolt

Slide the bolt through the mounting hole in the main caster block.

Step 2: Secure with Nut

Thread a nut onto the bolt from the other side and tighten it so the caster block is secure.

Step 3: Install the Wheel

Place the wheel between the two side supports of the caster block.

Step 4: Create the Axle

Slide a 1-inch piece of filament through the wheel and both sides of the bracket to act as the axle.

Step 5: Secure the Axle (Optional)

Lightly melt the ends of the filament to keep it from sliding out.
(Optional but recommended to prevent them from sliding out.)

Step 6: Attach to Toolbox

Mount the finished caster wheels to your toolbox:

• Use M5 bolts to screw directly into the holes (tight fit), or
• Use M4 bolts to slide through existing holes
