The extended roof overhang helps shield the nest from rain while reducing access from above. Side walls and a recessed nesting area make it more difficult for larger birds to reach eggs or chicks, while still keeping the open access robins prefer.

Built with 3D printing in mind, this model prints cleanly with minimal setup and no supports when oriented correctly.

Assembly:

Assembly requires:

• Dowel pins or printed pins, or
• Click/press-fit anchors depending on your preference

Dry fit parts before final assembly. For permanent installs, adhesive can be used if desired.

Mounting:
Mount 6–12 ft above ground under eaves, soffits, or covered areas for best results. Use #10 wood screws with washers for secure installation.
