Mechanical Buckle Edition

This pencil case follows a similar structural design to the previously released Glasses Case, featuring a clean and minimalist form.

The outer shell is designed with curved inner and outer walls, allowing the inner tray to fit seamlessly into the case.

For the closing mechanism, the magnetic solution has been replaced with a dual-row snap-fit design on one side, making it easier to operate while providing a more secure lock.

Lid Options

Two lid versions are included:
Windowed lid – designed for use with translucent filament for a more refined look (requires glue for assembly)
Solid lid (no window) – includes STEP file for customization

Inner Tray Options

Two inner tray designs are available:
With three bottom dividers
Without dividers (STEP file included for customization)

The inner tray can be installed without glue—simply insert it from a diagonal angle and it will snap perfectly into place.

Note: The inner tray has different heights on each side.

Install with the taller side facing outward and the shorter side toward the hinge.

Hinge Design

The hinge uses a standard 1.75 mm filament.
Simply cut a piece of filament and insert it to assemble.
PETG is recommended for better durability. (hinge)

Opening Mechanism

To open the case, gently press the center front of the lid.
This will slightly deform the lid and release the snap-fit lock.
