Material Recommendations

• PLA (Best choice) → cleanest articulation
• PLA+ → stronger joints
• PETG → works well, use good cooling to avoid sticking
• ⚠️ TPU may fuse joints unless finely tuned

Print Tips

• Avoid over-squishing the first layer—this can fuse joints
• Let the print fully cool before flexing
• Gently work each joint loose after printing
• If needed, slightly reduce flow or first layer width for tighter printers

Scaling

• Designed for 100% scale
• Can scale down to ~80% depending on printer calibration
• Scaling up improves articulation and durability

Orientation

• Print flat on the build plate (default orientation)
• Do not rotate—optimized for bridging and joint clearance
