Enclosure assembly

The housing is assembled using:

• 4× M4 heat‑set insert nuts (OD 5.5 mm, Length 4mm)
• 4× M4 × 16 mm screws

The insert nuts are intended to be pressed into the provided recesses using a soldering iron 🔥.

Component mounting

• The ON/OFF switch and the power outlet are mounted using
  3×10 mm countersunk wood screws
  (other screw lengths may also be suitable).
• The paddle / rocker switch is secured with its own supplied mounting nuts.

🛠 Example Application (Optional Use Case)

One possible application for this enclosure is a small router table setup using two power tools:

• The ON/OFF switch functions as the main power switch.
• The paddle switch selects which of two tools is supplied with power.
  • One tool is wired directly to the paddle switch.
  • The center pins of the paddle switch are connected to the main power line from the ON/OFF switch.
  • The remaining pins lead to the power outlet.
• A second tool can be plugged into the outlet and removed when needed.

This ensures that only one tool can run at a time, which is useful in compact workshop setups.
