Inspired by a car dealership sale. I see a lot of flexi dragons and animals so i thought this might be different. This would be a good desktop toy or conversation piece. please feel free to suggest improvements. Base is optional just there if you need it. I may have made the base a bit wide but i didn't want the thing to fall over when the balloon leaned to one side.  Thanks to Maker World's Image to 3d tool.
