Terrarium Log Hide

Our daughters’ tortoise has outgrown its old little house, so it was time to design a new one. The brief from the kids was very clear:
“wood, tree stump… no modern stuff!” 😄

So I created a larger hide inspired by a split log / tree stump style. It includes:

a spacious shelter for the tortoise
a small “shelf” (e.g. for a thermometer)
a round opening on top for placing a plant pot
a decorative branch for a natural look

The model is quite large, so it is split into two parts, which are assembled using pins.
