Fully Parametric Customizable C-Clamp
This is a fully customizable 3D-printable C-clamp designed in OpenSCAD. Every major clamp dimension is parametric, including throat width, throat depth, jaw thickness, clamp width, and screw length, making it easy to generate a clamp sized exactly for your project.
The model includes a printable threaded screw, matching internal clamp threads, an octagonal handle, tapered jaws, relief geometry for smoother printing, and chamfered body edges. The screw and clamp body are laid out together for convenient printing.
This may be one of the first fully parametric customizable C-clamps available for 3D printing, and it was designed to be practical, printable, and easy to modify.
NOTE: The parametric generated version will be flagged by bambu studio as “Error: x non-manifold edges”. You do not need to repair it and it will print just fine. Also note you do not need support to print the clamp.

There is a dedicated bridging gap for the screw threads.

Customizable Parameters
You can easily adjust:
- Throat_width
- Throat_depth
- Jaw_thickness
- Clamp_width
- Screw_length

The remaining parameters control thread fit, wall overlap, relief slots, chamfers, and print tuning.
Printing Notes
Print the clamp body and screw as arranged in the default layout. Depending on your printer calibration, material, and layer height, you may want to fine-tune the thread clearance for the best screw fit (the Thread clearance parameter, typically 0.5 is suffice but if it is too stuck then you can increase it).
If you want it stronger please increase the infill and the wall line count yourself.
Suggested Uses
Great for light-duty clamping, modeling, prototyping, hobby work, small fixtures, and experimenting with customizable mechanical designs.
This is intended as a 3D-printed functional model, not a replacement for a metal clamp in high-force applications.
