I made a few quality-of-life improvements from VkvitV's lightweight hex spool.

• Added a 120mm ring to protect RFID tags from being caught in an open hex.  The ring passes clearly through the remaining grams tag without disturbing the text.
• Added a mark on the outside of the holder to make it easy to find the cardboard notch.
• Added a small hold for users to manually transfer filament.
• Moved the lock to inside the hub to save travel distance.  The lock is 0.16mm layer height with a 4mm brim.  Larger spool halves are 0.2mm with no brim.

I suggest ABS so you can dry PETG without having to take it apart.
