I couldn’t find a set of setup blocks that covered the sizes and durability I wanted, so I designed my own while learning parametric modeling in Fusion 360.

These were built specifically for real shop use—repeatable setups, spacing, and general utility in woodworking and CNC workflows. They’re not flashy, just functional, and they’ve worked extremely well for me.

I printed these in PETG-CF for strength and stability. The debossed text was filled using Rust-Oleum enamel thinned with mineral spirits (roughly 1:1 to 1:2) and applied with a syringe and 25ga blunt needle. The results were surprisingly clean and easy to read.

I chose to keep these single-color and focused on function over aesthetics, but feel free to modify, duplicate common sizes, or add plates depending on your workflow.
