Print Settings:

Material: PLA recommended (better flex for snap-fit), PETG works too
Layer height: 0.15–0.20 mm
Walls: min. 3 perimeters
Infill: 20–30%
Supports: none required

Tip: Start with the Ø 8 mm clip — best balance of flexibility and hold. Adjust snap_ratio in the SCAD file to fine-tune the snap strength.
