Overview
This model is a precision-engineered functional replacement for the shelf brackets used in Keter plastic storage cabinets. It is designed to provide an exact fit while offering superior structural integrity compared to the original OEM parts.
Technical Print Recommendations
To ensure maximum mechanical strength and load-bearing capacity, the following settings are strictly recommended:
- Print Orientation: Print on its side. This orientation ensures that mechanical stress is applied perpendicular to the layer lines, significantly increasing shear resistance and overall part durability.
- Material: PLA (Tested for high rigidity).
- Infill: 100% Concentric.
- Wall Generator: Arachne (Recommended for superior dimensional accuracy and perimeter bonding).
- Additional Settings: Enable "Alternate Extra Wall" to further reinforce the structural bond between layers.
- Supports: Tree Supports are required for optimal surface finish on overhanging geometries.
Material Selection & Environmental Considerations
While this specific model was tested and validated using PLA, it is designed to be compatible with a wide range of filaments (such as PETG, ASA, or ABS).
Note: Please consider the environmental climate of the cabinet’s location when choosing your filament. For outdoor cabinets or high-temperature environments, materials with higher thermal resistance (like PETG or ASA) are recommended to ensure long-term durability and prevent deformation.

The following data was captured using a Flashforge Adventurer 5M / AD5X:
- Total Print Time: 1 Hour 09 Minutes
- Material Usage: 37.11 grams
- Fitment: Exact tolerances for snap-in installation.
Note: The black component shown in the reference photos is the original OEM part, included for visual comparison with the 3D-printed replacement.
