This is my Mini Flexi Olaf, redesigned as a fully articulated keychain model.
All the iconic charm of Olaf is here, now in a flexible, fun and easy-to-print version you can carry anywhere.

Smart Multi-Color Trick (5 colors on AMS 4)
This model includes a simple trick to get 5 colors using only a 4-color AMS:
- Print normally with 4 colors
- Pause before the nose layer
- Swap brown → orange
- Resume print… and voilà, 5 colors achieved
A dedicated plate is included showing exactly how to do it
Print Settings
- Layer height: 0.12 mm (recommended)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Infill: 10–15%
- Wall Generator: Arachne
- Supports: No (unless needed for tuning)
Printing Notes
- Designed as print-in-place articulated model
- Print flat on the back for best results
- Use PLA or PLA+ for durability
- Avoid PLA Matte or Silk (can weaken joints)
