I could not find a Riftbound playmat in the market that has enough space for playing normally, so i created one.

If you can, I highly recommend to print the Non magnetic, AMS variant, as it has the best quality, cost efficiency and requires the least human interaction.

Features:

• The connected area is 882 x 1134 mm
• Total prinitng time is around 120 hours
• The project has 20 different kind of tiles
• There are 63 tiles totally needed (Required amount is in the print profiles' plate descriptions)
• There are print profiles for the large playmat for AMS/No AMS,  magnetic and not magnetic
• The size of each tile is 126x126, i originally planned this to be compatible with standard 42mm gridfinity grid, and also if you make the tiles too big, it will be too deformed for using
• The tiles are connected with rings in the non magnetic approach, the fittings are strict enough to keep the tiles together, but it is not hard to assemble
• I tested with the 0,1mm offset connector rings, but I added 0,2 and 0,3 mm variations too, please check what fits you best
• The edges needs no “half rings”, if you choose the strictest ring you can, one ring will perfectly hold 4 tiles together

Tips for printing:

• For some tiles, the white filament will stick out from the black, and you have to deburr them
• Always wait for the build plate to cool down, before removing the tile from it, to avoid deformations
• Tile 6's rune icon has a little error, if i bothers you, and you have 0,2mm nozzle, print this tile with it for the best quality
• If you print the No AMS version, I added a pause into the profile, change the black filament to white there, and press resume
• If you print any of the magnetic versions, i added a pause to insert the magnets too
• If you print any of the magnetic versions, there are magnet polarity checkers in the print profiles, print those first with opposite polarity, it does not matter which one is plus or minus, just stick to them in the whole printing process

Materials needed:

• 4kg Black PLA
• 1kg White PLA
• (If you choose to print the magnetic variation, ~500 pieces of D6x3 Neodymium magnets, possibly N38 or stronger).
