I used a painting I made of a Flapper Girl and converted it to a 3D model using Image to model.  I printed her with thin tree supports.  Getting supports out of the feather on the back of her dress was a pain.  I printed her 6" tall with 10% infill and 0.2 layers.  I'm very pleased with the likeness to the painting.
