How It Works

The stopper sits on the top edge of the door and blocks it against the door frame.

It keeps the door fully open and prevents:

• accidental closing
• slamming due to drafts
• unwanted movement

Recommended:

• Walls: 3–4
• Infill: 15–25%
• Top/Bottom layers: 4–6
• Supports: Not required

Strength Note

This model was printed with higher infill because it is used in a household with children where doors are frequently slammed.

For normal use, lower infill should still work without issues.
If you expect heavier use or stronger impacts, increasing infill is recommended.

Fit & Customization

• Designed for standard door thickness
• Slides easily onto the top edge
• Holds firmly without slipping

If your door is tighter or looser:

• scale slightly if needed

The model can also be easily adjusted directly in your slicer if you have a different door thickness:

• scale only in one axis (width) for precise fit
• small adjustments are usually enough

• PETG recommended for better durability
• PLA works well for normal indoor use
