Offset Golf Tee with Height Indicator

Improve the consistency of your drives with this 3D-printed golf tee. Its offset neck design offers excellent durability and a clean impact, while the graduated shaft (with markings from 35 to 60) allows you to set the exact tee height depending on the club you are using.

To guarantee a perfect and repeatable height on every hole, the design includes a height control ring. This small piece, designed to be printed in TPU, snaps into the grooves on the shaft and acts as a stopper against the grass. This way, you can push the tee into the ground to the exact same depth without having to look at the numbers every single time.

Print Details

• Layer height: 0.16 mm. Ideal for making sure the numbers and the grooves on the shaft are perfectly defined.
• Supports: No supports needed.
• Adhesion: It is highly recommended to use a raft to ensure the piece stays firmly attached to the build plate during printing.

Highlighting the Numbers

You can print the piece in a single color (like the white model) and easily highlight the numbers yourself using a permanent marker (as shown in green in the photos) for quick reading on the course.

Included Print Profiles

I have prepared several ready-to-use profiles tailored to different materials and needs:

1. Standard PLA profile: Perfect for a quick and rigid finish.
2. Standard PETG profile: Highly recommended for golf tees, as it offers greater flexibility, handles clubface impacts better, and withstands outdoor temperatures.
3. TPU profile: Optimized for the movable height control ring, allowing it to be flexible enough to snap on but tight enough to grip the shaft securely.

Su diseño con cuello desplazado (offset) ofrece una excelente durabilidad y limpieza en el impacto, mientras que el mástil graduado (con marcas desde 35 hasta 60) te permite ajustar la altura exacta del tee según el palo que vayas a utilizar.

Para garantizar una altura perfecta y repetible en cada hoyo, el diseño incluye una ficha de control de altura. Esta pequeña pieza, diseñada para imprimirse en TPU, encaja en las ranuras del mástil y hace de tope contra el césped. Así podrás clavar el tee exactamente a la misma profundidad sin tener que mirar los números cada vez.

• Altura de capa: 0.16 mm. Ideal para que los números y las ranuras del mástil queden perfectamente definidos.
• Soportes: No necesita soportes.
• Adherencia: Se recomienda encarecidamente utilizar balsa (raft) para asegurar que la pieza se mantenga firmemente sujeta a la base durante la impresión.

Resaltado de los números

Puedes imprimir la pieza en un solo color (como en el modelo blanco) y resaltar los números tú mismo fácilmente usando un marcador indeleble (como se muestra en verde en las fotos) para una lectura rápida en el campo.

Perfiles de impresión incluidos

He preparado varios perfiles listos para usar, adaptados a diferentes materiales y necesidades:

1. Perfil estándar PLA: Perfecto para un acabado rápido y rígido.
2. Perfil estándar PETG: Altamente recomendado para tees de golf, ya que ofrece mayor flexibilidad, soporta mejor los impactos de la cara del palo y resiste las temperaturas exteriores.
3. Perfil para TPU: Optimizado para la ficha móvil de control de altura, permitiendo que sea lo suficientemente flexible para encajar, pero con el agarre necesario para sujetarse al mástil con seguridad.
