Description
Fish smarter with this dual-hook feeder system. Test two baits at once, reduce tangles, and improve safety if breakage occurs.
Why Two Hooks?
Using two hooks on a feeder rig isn't just about catching more fish – it's about testing and efficiency:
- Try two different baits under identical conditions to see what the fish prefer.
- If one bait fails, the second hook gives you a backup chance.
- Great for competitive fishing or simply learning what works best on the day.
The Problem with Other Rigs
Most dual-hook solutions have serious flaws:
- Tangling – Hooks and lines twist into an unusable mess during casting.
- Stiff tubing – Rubber separators are rigid and spook wary fish.
- Safety risk – If the rig breaks, a fish can swim away trailing a hook, line, and feeder – often fatal.
How This Rig Solves the Issues
Tangling -Tube separators keep lines apart during casting
Stiffness - Lightweight, flexible design is less detectable
Breakage -Weakest point is the hooklength (8cm), not the main rig – if it snaps, the fish escapes cleanly
⚠️ Important Note
This rig is not perfect. In rare cases, a hooklength can still wrap around the separator during casting. If the main line breaks, the rig may not separate.
I welcome your feedback and improvements – let's make it better together.
✅ Always check local regulations – some waters restrict two-hook rigs.
