Here is my attempt at making an insert for Micro Pirates, that will support sleeved cards (I use Mayday Premium sleeves). 

No lid lift, and everything sorted ! 

All the pieces are quite self explanatory, except for the ressources trays: 

The bottom level is the one with two containers, both at the same height,

The second level it the one with two containers, the lowest one sitting below the 5 doublons piece. 

The solo one is to be put next to the 5 doublons piece. 

I designed a marked version of the deck boxes: however, if you don't have a double head printer, waste will be considerable. Please consider using the no text ones instead! Still got to find out how to mark the slots efficiently.
