This model allows you to easily customize:

The lid features engraved, centered text that automatically resizes to fit within a safe area, maintaining at least 20 mm margin from all edges and a minimum text height of 5 mm.

🔧 Assembly

After printing, lightly glue the 4 stacking connectors into the holes on the lid.

A small amount of super glue (CA) is enough.

🧩 Smart Stacking System

This design uses separate glue-on stacking connectors (“mushrooms”):

• Keeps the top surface clean (only shallow guide holes)
• Ensures accurate alignment between stacked boxes
• Provides stable stacking without tight locking

🖨️ Printing Tips

• Print all parts flat on the build plate
• No supports needed
• Recommended settings:
  • Layer height: 0.16–0.24 mm
  • 3–4 perimeters
  • 15–20% infill

After printing, simply glue the 4 connectors onto the lid.
