Come one, come all!
Have you ever been working on some tube, pipe, rod, or some other long shaft-like object and wished you could easily reach around to work on the other side just to realized you can't see the other side?!?!
Me too!
That's why I came up with the Tube Roller. It's adjustable and fantasticle. It can support short/fat, long/skinny, or anything in-between. Place the object of your desire on the wheels and spin right ‘round, Baby, right ’round.
Got metal? Wood? PVC? Not a problem! The Tube Roller will cradle any type of material. And that's not all! The tail stock is adjustable, the wheels are adjustable, and you can screw it to a bench, add magnets to the bottom, or show of your printin skills and add internal 12x3mm magnets (3mf is ready to go. just download the right one!)
The purpose of the Tube Roller is to be able to prep, sand, grind, and/or spin round metal, wood, and various other materials. It is so much easier putting a work piece on the Tube Roller and spin it instead of having to work, pause, rotate, reposition, work, pause, rotate, reposition, ect. Just throw it on there and start working that shaft with no breaks!
Is someone looking for a little support in the rear?!
The tail stock has you covered! It is adjustable to fit a variety of tube holes and gives you that little extra comfort to hold your pipe. Set the height and insert the cone into the I.D. of the tube.

Materials:
I printed mine in pla+. Any hard filament will work. If you are welding, no matter the material, I would give ample space from the welding area and the prints (I wouldn't weld on them but, you do you. And it's not my fault if it melts or catches on fire if you try!)
x5 - m8x45mm bolts (wheels and cone)
x5 - m8 nuts (nylock or regular is up to you)(wheels and cone)
x2 - m8 washers (for the cone bearings to not get pinch by hardware)
x10 - 608 (skateboard) bearings (wheels and riser)
x2 - m4x30mm bolts (riser)
x2 - m4 nuts (not nylock) (riser)
And then you'll need whatever hardware to want for mounting.
The holes for external mounting are 4.2mm.
The internal holes are sized for 12x3mm magnets.
The printed spacers go on the outside of the wheel bearings to help prevent the bearings from getting pinched and to keep them from shifting around.
