This model is designed to fit your exact needs. Whether you need a base for a lithophane, a display stand for an acrylic sign, a tablet holder, or a business card stand, you can generate the perfect fit in seconds right from the customizer interface.
📐 Parameter User Guide (Inside-Out Logic): This model is programmed "smartly": you don't guess the outer dimensions of the block. Instead, you build the piece starting from the hole you need. Here is how to use the main parameters:
- [1] Slot Dimensions: First, enter the exact dimensions (length and width) of the object you need to insert into the base (e.g., the thickness of your acrylic panel).
- [1] Total Height & Bottom: * Set the overall_height (e.g., 10mm).
- If you check the is_pass_through toggle, the slot will cut entirely through the piece.
- If unchecked, use slot_depth to decide how deep the pocket goes (e.g., 6mm). The code will automatically calculate the remaining floor thickness (e.g., 4mm) so you can never accidentally break through the bottom!
- [2] Vertical Profile %: This percentage slider changes the design of the base.
- At 0%: The object is fully slanted (like a truncated pyramid).
- At 100%: The object goes straight up (a rectangular block).
- In-between (e.g., 40%): Creates an elegant straight "plinth" at the bottom that then slants inward towards the top.
- [3] Wall Thicknesses: Decide how much material wraps around your central hole. To achieve the slanted wall effect, ensure that the BASE values are larger than the TOP values. The final footprint of the model is calculated automatically by adding these thicknesses to your hole size.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PLA.
- Supports: Not needed (Print-in-place). Prints perfectly flat.
- Infill: 15 (Increase this to make a heavier base if the object it holds is tall).
- Wall loops: 2.
