A high quality custom pulley handle with knurling around the whole handle to give a superior grip. Can be used for any situation where you want to use a pulley to workout but want a thicker grip. The handle is 170mm tall, ½" inner diameter, 2" outer diameter. There is a little bit of clearance on the inner diameter so it fits perfectly around a ½" bolt, and it rolls super smoothly. I made this specifically for training the wrist curl for arm wrestling and it works great and does its job perfectly.
