🛠️ Print & Assembly Details
I have optimized this model to be as user-friendly and accessible as possible:
- All-in-One Print: The entire kit fits on a single print bed, specifically designed to fit even the Bambu Lab A1 Mini!
- Smart Supports: While this model requires supports, I have pre-configured the 3MF file with optimized, "easy-to-remove" support settings. They provide a stable print but snap off cleanly afterward.
- Material: Works great in PLA (for maximum rigidity) or PETG (for extra durability).
🧩 Assembly Instructions
Putting your Aero-Spinner together is quick and easy:
- Insert the Gear: Place the gear inside the main handle/holder.
- Secure with Pin: Slide the bearing/pin through the handle and the gear to lock it in place.
- Attach the Blade: Press the spinner blade onto the top of the gear shaft.
Ready to Fly: Slide the ripcord into the designated slot.
Tip: For the best performance and maximum flight height, apply a small drop of lubricant (like PTFE oil, silicone grease, or even a bit of WD-40) to the bearing/pin and the contact points of the gear. Reducing friction here will make your spinner fly significantly faster and smoother!

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings:
