- 正宗304/316水槽（奥氏体）：理论无磁/弱磁，磁铁吸不住或吸力极弱。
- 201/202水槽（劣质奥氏体）：有弱磁，能被吸住。
- 430等铁素体水槽：强磁，能被牢牢吸住。
- 加工影响：304经拉伸/弯折后，局部会变马氏体，出现弱磁。
