My version of lovetkk's monthly medication calendar.

I've resized it a bit and closed off the back to make it more stable, added keyholes to allow it to be hung on the wall, and tweak some of the text and such.  I've also made two versions of it:  the small one has plenty of room for like 6 small-medium vitamins/tablets per capsule, while the larger one is literally the largest I could make with a P2S, as it was for someone who needs to take a fair few.  If you're uncertain of which size you need, I'd recommend printing a single capsule first, to determine what works best for you.  Also, if you have a smooth plate, I'd recommend printing the capsules on it (just make sure your adhesion is up!) because it just makes them look a bit nicer.  In the pictures, the white ones are from a smooth plate and the brown were on a textured one.

I have severe adhd, so remembering/bothering to take my vitamins is a pain and I never can keep up with refilling the weekly pillboxes, so this solves a bunch of problems in one go: 

• provides visual indicator of if I have or have not taken meds today – just put the capsule back with the secondary colour facing out
• physical reminder – can take the individual capsule and put it in my pocket/on my keyboard if I haven't had breakfast/cant take them yet
• no-spill – each dose is in its own separate capsule with a twist seal, so no concern about the dog knocking it over or kids getting into it (or me being clumsy and dropping the whole thing...)
• reminder for prescription refills – adhd meds are a monthly refill, so I have a bright af orange one to remind me of the "hey you need to make sure and request your refill or you're about to struggle" date  (if you decide not to use this, you may want to print an additional capsule top/bottom in your colours, just to fill in the remaining empty spot)
• saves the daily pain of bothering to dole out half a dozen vitamins (okay like three and an allergy tablet, but they pretty much weren't being taken at all before)
• makes it much easier to bring vitamins and such along during business trips – I can just grab to corresponding capsules, chuck them in a bag, and carry on

• plus it's, well, an actual calendar, which i dont tend to have anymore 😅
