🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

For the best results and smoothest threads, I recommend the following settings:

• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm (A finer layer height helps the screw threads engage smoothly right off the build plate).
• Infill: 0% for the coil; 30% for the caps.
• Wall Loops: 3 for the caps (Adds strength to the threaded sections).
• Supports: None required! Orient the caps flat on the build plate and stand the central coil upright.
• Brim: Recommended for the central coil if you are printing a very tall, customized version to ensure bed adhesion.

🔧 Assembly Instructions

1. Print your central coil and your two end caps.
2. Take the Top Cap and screw it onto the top of the coil normally (Lefty-Tighty).
3. Take the Bottom Cap and screw it onto the bottom using the reverse thread (Righty-Tighty).
4. Tighten both until the hooks align perfectly on the same axis.
5. Hook one end of your cable, wrap the excess tightly around the ribbed core, and secure it through the opposite hook.

💡 Maker Tip: If the threads feel slightly tight straight off the printer, gently screw and unscrew the caps a few times to wear away any microscopic layer inconsistencies.
