DIN Rail Mounting Clips

Print-in-place spring and slide

Accepts M3 threaded inserts

Currently two variations are available:

• (6) holes for 42Wx24/36H threaded insert hole pattern (NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE)
• (8) holes for 40Wx40/30/20H threaded insert hole pattern

Version 2 Objectives

• Reduce or eliminate post processing
• Strengthen spring pressure to grip DIN rail more securely
• Remove release mechanism.  Push the entire block upward and pull top outward to release.

Printing

• 0.4mm Nozzle
• 0.2mm Layer Height
• PLA, Dual Color for text, 3 color changes

Post-Printing

Allow the clip to cool completely before exercising the spring to avoid spring memory loss.   

Please report any printing issues so they may be addressed.

Known Issues

• Text is not clear, but legible.  Too small.
• Insert holes may be too tight, please weigh in below.

  The 40Wx40/30/20H version has been modified to strengthen the spring anchor to address breakage a user experienced.  (see comments)
  The 42Wx24/26H version has been taken down.  Will modify this one too, if someone needs it.
