Drop-in replacement trigger guard for AR-15 lowers. Mounts with standard M3 hardware — no roll pins or specialty tools needed.

Hardware Required:

• 4x M3 nuts
• 2x M3x16mm screws

Features:

• Simple bolt-on installation — no spring-loaded pin to fight
• Fits mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers

Print Settings (tested):

• Material: PETG-CF
• Layer height: 0.08mm (ultra-fine)
• Orientation: Vertical for best surface quality and detail
• Infill: 100% recommended for durability

Notes:

• PETG-CF provides excellent strength and heat resistance for this application. PLA+ or standard PETG will also work but may be less durable under repeated use.
• Test fit before final assembly — slight sanding may be needed depending on your printer's tolerances.
