Meet the Aviator Bear, a charming and easy-to-print night light designed for everyone!

The best part? No expensive LED kits required. I designed this model specifically to work with a standard, low-cost Balloon LED (those small, round, battery-operated lights). It is the perfect budget-friendly project for your desk, shelf, or as a gift for kids.

Features

• Wireless & Portable: Since it uses a tiny battery LED, you can place it anywhere without worrying about cables.
• Optimized for Light: The internal cavity is designed to diffuse light beautifully through the fuselage and the bear.
• Easy Assembly: Just print, pop the LED inside, and watch it glow!

Print Instructions & Recommendations

• Material: I recommend using White PLA, Natural PETG, or Glow-in-the-Dark filament for the best light diffusion.
• Walls: Use 2 walls for a brighter glow.
• Infill: 0% to 5% is ideal. The lower the infill, the more the light will shine through the model.
• Supports: Some supports are needed for this model.
• Fuzzi Skin: I configured a fuzzy skin for the bear face, but I did not print with this mod, if you want to print without, just use the No Fuzzy Skin profile uploaded
