Ultimate Shape Learning Set

Made using cad from scratch. Inspired from existing toys of our children with Montessori learning in mind, also Charlotte Mason in mind, learning for toddlers 1 year to 6 years, but of course until Grade 6. 

Features:

• Shapes block where the child matches the shape to its recessed shape. Made with 2 versions, 1 - with magnet (you insert a 10mm x 3mm magnet) and 2 - NO Magnet. The magnet version can be used to stick on Refrigerators or magnetic whiteboard, or anything metal. Remember to use Superglue so that its not removable or else its a choking hazard.
• Shapes cookie cutter or play dough cutters, with the same size as the Shapes blocks. Perfect size for toddlers.
• Shapes threading activity, where the toddler insert a shoelace into the holes within the shape. If no shoelace available, there is a threading needle included in the print file. the plate name is "Threading Needle". You can print that and insert yarn or any thread at least 2mm diameter.
• Shapes Stencil. 2 versions. 1 - all shapes in 1 stencil. 2 - one stencil per shape. 
• Note: remember if you want to scale any of these files, you can open in Bambu Studio and SCALE it UP. not down or else it may become a choking hazard. Any size that is smaller than 1cm or 10mm becomes a choking hazard.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Print the magnet shapes box first, then the magnet shapes. 
2. Pour Superglue in the magnet canal in the magnet shapes box print. 
3. Insert the 10mm x 3mm neodymium magnet in the magnet canal in each recessed shape of the magnet shapes box print plate.
4. Place another 10mm x 3mm magnet to the glued magnet. (This is so that you might not wrongly put the wrong side to the pair shape.)
5. Pour superglue in the recessed canal of the single shape. example circle.
6. Insert the circle (with superglue in the canal) to the 2magnets already magnetically attached. This will superglue-stick the magnet to the circle. 
7. Wait for it to fully dry before removing the circle.
8. Do steps 2 to 7 with the other shapes pair.

Print Profile:

• 0.20mm Standard BBL A1, 2 walls, 15% infill
• PLA filament
• no support needed
• no AMS needed (some plates are PRINT BY OBJECT) to prevent the use of towers
