A modular grit guard system that lets you print a full-size bucket insert even on smaller printers like the BambuLab A1 Mini. Designed for easy assembly, solid fit, and real-world detailing use.

📏 Available sizes

• 265 mm – perfect fit for Work Stuff buckets (as shown) – sits tight and won’t move
• 260 mm – ideal for common hardware store buckets (Castorama, Leroy, etc.)

🖨️ Print settings

• Material: PETG (recommended)
• ⚠️ Avoid PLA – constant contact with water may degrade it
• No supports required (depending on orientation)
• Standard strength settings are sufficient

🔧 Assembly tips

• After assembling, it’s recommended to glue the parts together for maximum rigidity
• You can use standard CA glue or other plastics-friendly adhesive

📐 Scaling

• The model can be easily scaled in Bambu Studio to fit different bucket sizes
• Just adjust the percentage uniformly to match your bucket diameter
