READ FIRST: You will need something to make the 2mm-thick pins for the hinges and latch out of. An old bicycle spoke is perfect.

This is a compact box for the Sparrows Disc Pick that fits the disassembled tool, a couple of spare parts and my spacer. The spare grub screws thread right into the plastic so they can't be lost.

Print settings I used:

• Material: PLA
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Walls: 3
• Infill: 15%

The lid comes in two variants: with and without the Sparrows logo. To print the variant with the logo you must use a layer height of 0.2mm, as that's the precise depth of the logo inset. The instructions below are for Bambu Studio, but your slicer most likely has similar options:

• Import the Lid_with_Logo.3mf file.
• If prompted, select "Import geometry only".
• In the "Objects" tab, choose the filament color to use for each part.
  • Optional: If you want to rearrange the objects without their relative position changing, select both of them, right click and select "Merge".
• Click the gear icon next to the build plate to customize the plate options.
• For the "First layer filament sequence" setting, select "Customize".
• Drag the colors to make sure the color of the logo is earlier in the sequence than the color of the lid.
• Slice and print.

PS: Needless to say, Sparrows owns the rights to their logo.
